Our breakfast at the Italian restaurant, VILLAZZA, is buffet style breakfast with both Japanese and Western style menus. We use 100% of Koshihikari rice produced in Niigata (the top brand rice in Japan). The cooked rice is white and shinny with slight stickiness and sweetness as well as flavor, soft and delicious rice.
